Scope of Work

PR and Communication:As an intern in PR and Communication, you will play a key role in promoting AVF's work through multiple communication channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging social media content.
  • Drafting and distributing press releases.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets.
  • Tracking and analyzing the success of PR efforts.

Dekho Apna Desh Program:Join us in organizing the Dekho Apna Desh program, aimed at educating children and the elderly about India’s rich heritage and culture. Your tasks will involve:

  • Coordinating with schools, institutions, and elderly homes.
  • Developing educational materials.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback on the program’s impact.

Stakeholder Coordination:In this role, you will liaise with NGOs and other partners to collaborate on development initiatives. Your duties will include:

  • Pitching programs and conducting demonstration drives.
  • Attending and contributing to meetings.
  • Ensuring the timely implementation of joint projects.

Documentation and Reporting:Help us keep track of our progress and achievements. As part of your responsibilities, you will:

  • Document the foundation’s activities and events.
  • Take meeting minutes and compile data.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports.

Learning and Development:We believe in continuous learning and development. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Attend training sessions and workshops.
